The spaceThe private studio apartment features a bathroom with stand up shower, stocked kitchen with several coffee options, memory foam King size bed, and 50 inch Roku smart TV.
Guest accessParking is provided behind the building, and entrance to the building is accessed from stairs to the second and third floors.
Additional notesThis apartment is in an older building that is still being remodeled. a few things we want our guests to know:
Water does take some time to heat up, sometimes as long as 12 minutes, water pressure can drop without notice.
The apartments have been fully remodeled, however construction work is still going on in some of the other apartments, there may be some construction noise and coming and going of construction workers during your stay.

Neighborhood overviewIf you are looking for a true college experience then this is it! The studio is located right in the heart of The Ohio State University campus which makes for a great central location throughout Columbus. This neighborhood is thriving with students and young adults working from their porch, walking to and from High St, lounging on the grass of their front yards, and enjoying all sorts of outdoor activities. Walk to the nearby Newport Music Hall, South Campus of Ohio State and just a 5 minute Uber ride to all the top restaurants, great shopping and top nightlife of the lively Short North and Downtown areas. Leave the car parked and wander over to High St just a 4 minute walk away where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, breweries, event centers, and cafes all right on your doorstep. Columbus’ amazing food scene features top-ranked chefs, a rich farm-to-table movement, one-of-a-kind restaurants and creative artisan desserts and this neighborhood is no exception. Grab a bite for breakfast at Buckeye Donuts that are open 24hrs, First Watch and Hangover Easy, then for lunch or dinner head to Snoopy’s Diner for meals inside The Ohio State Student Union Center or venture out to the restaurants close by including Mexican Grill, Bibibop, Jersey Mikes, Apollo’s Greek Kitchen, Raising Canes Chicken, Ethyl and Tank. If you are looking for something a little fancy for a special occasion Forno Kitchen, Marcellas, and The Eagle and all amazing! Then of a night if you’re looking to have a few drinks, Standard Hall and Short North Pint House are three local favorites. Catch a show at the Newport Music Hall for entertainment or wander through the University District Gateway with even more dining options with bars, great shopping and a movie theatre. Walk through the Ohio State Oval Lawn to the historic Horseshoe Stadium or a stroll through campus to Mirror Lake and the iconic landmarks of The Ohio State University.
