Please NOTE: This is a 23-unit apartment building. There will be some noise from other guests. Dumpsters are located in the alleyway behind the building and can be messy at times.
Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the well-stocked kitchen that comes fully-equipped with everything you need including a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a small oven, and a stove along with utensils, cookware and a breakfast bar for two.
Don’t feel like cooking? There are countless options for any occasion all within walking distance from the studio along High St as well as a Starbucks and a handy UDF Convenience store where you can stock up on supplies and snacks for your stay.
Wake feeling refreshed with a comfortable queen bed topped with quality linen and bedding along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. Then enjoy a movie night in with a 50” wall mounted Smart TV loaded with all your favorite streaming apps.
Catch up on any work or study at the desk by the window and refuel with a coffee maker in the kitchen. Then get out the pencils and the coloring books for a meditative session or just chill out on the bed listening to the sounds of the record player.
The bathroom features a full-size bath with an overhead shower and is stocked with all the essentials including fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer to make sure you’re looking your best before heading out on the town!
Outside as you wander around you will find students and young adults working from their porches, walking to and from High St and lounging on the grass in their front yards, this neighborhood is always humming with activity especially during game days and on weekends where you can join in on all the fun for a unique and flavorful experience living like a local.

Neighborhood overviewIf you are looking for a true college experience then this is it! The studio is located right in the heart of The Ohio State University campus which makes for a great central location throughout Columbus.
This neighborhood is thriving with students and young adults working from their porch, walking to and from High St, lounging on the grass of their front yards, and enjoying all sorts of outdoor activities.
Walk to the nearby Newport Music Hall, South Campus of Ohio State and just a 5 minute Uber ride to all the top restaurants, great shopping and top nightlife of the lively Short North and Downtown areas.
Leave the car parked and wander over to High St just a 4 minute walk away where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, breweries, event centers, and cafes all right on your doorstep.
Columbus’ amazing food scene features top-ranked chefs, a rich farm-to-table movement, one-of-a-kind restaurants and creative artisan desserts and this neighborhood is no exception.
Grab a bite for breakfast at Buckeye Donuts that are open 24hrs, First Watch and Hangover Easy, then for lunch or dinner head to Snoopy’s Diner for meals inside The Ohio State Student Union Center or venture out to the restaurants close by including Mexican Grill, Bibibop, Jersey Mikes, Apollo’s Greek Kitchen, Raising Canes Chicken, Ethyl and Tank.

Getting aroundThe best way to get around is with your own car or in a rental with the Short North and the Columbus Convention Center just a short 7-minute drive away along with free parking included with your stay.
You can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day
Guests can also get around on foot with the campus a short 5-10 minute walk and just a 15-minute walk to The Shoe stadium.
The studio is a 10 minute drive from the CMH Columbus Airport and with the COTA running along High St and the nearest bus stop only a 5-minute walk away, you have easy access to the city and surrounds.
