The space
The private studio apartment features a bathroom with stand up shower, stocked kitchen with several coffee options, memory foam King size bed, and 50 inch Roku smart TV.
Guest access
Parking is provided behind the building, and entrance to the building is accessed from stairs to the second and third floors.

This apartment is in an older building that is still being remodeled. a few things we want our guests to know:

Water does take some time to heat up, sometimes as long as 12 minutes or more, water pressure can drop without notice.

The apartments have been fully remodeled, however construction work is still going on in some of the other apartments, there will be some construction noise and coming and going of construction workers during your stay.
