The space
Welcome to our cozy one-bedroom apartment. A blend of comfort and convenience greets you as soon as you step inside. While decorating this inviting retreat, we have worked hard to create a "2nd home" feeling for you.

Please NOTE: This is an efficiency in the city. Kitchen counter-space is very limited, the bathroom is bit small. While we are not a 5-star hotel, we believe our home-felt amenities, responsive communication, convenient location, and local knowledge are perfect for the uncomplicated traveler.

A quick note: Some photos appear more brightly lit than the space feels in person, and a couple of decorative pieces shown have since been removed—everything else is just as pictured.

The living area is designed as an open concept space, successfully combining the lively living room with the small, but fully equipped kitchen. Large windows with blinds allow for plenty of natural light to illuminate the space throughout the day, making the entire space pleasant and warm.

The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. You can self check-in via the smart lock keypad, and are able to come and go as you please during your stay.
Additional notes
Safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

**Strictly enforced. NO smoking inside + 11pm quiet hours. Any signs of smoking will result in a $250 fine enforced by Airbnb and being asked to leave.

There is a stain on the couch, but rest assured that it is being regularly cleaned. This is an old building so expect some minor wear and tear.
