The spaceMake your way up to the apartment via the stairwell (22 steps) and check yourself in with an easy electronic lock.
Once inside you are greeted with a spacious little kitchen that comes fully equipped with all the pots, pan and utensils you could need to cook up breakfast lunch and dinner. There is a fridge/freezer, a small freestanding oven and stove, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.
Down the hall is the dining room which offers plenty of space to host and enjoy meals with family and friends on the stylish mis-matched chairs. There is a large 50” 4k ROKU TV mounted on the wall which is perfect for morning cartoons or to have the game on in the background while having a few drinks.
The rustic, western inspired bedroom retains its raw hardwood floors and is filled with a luxuriously large king bed topped with quality bedding for a restful night’s sleep and a closet where you can unpack and make yourself at home.
Across the hall is the central bathroom that features a large walk-in shower, a vanity stocked with all the bathroom essentials and soft fluffy towels for each guest.
Make your way up the stairs to the sun-filled loft space which retains its heritage features with exposed beams, original brickwork and a slanted roof dotted with skylights.
On one side of the loft there is a fun little games nook with floor pillows and on the other side is the second bedroom with a large comfortable king bed.
Also within the bedroom is the office space by the window where guests can sit and read a book or find inspiration with lovely views out to the leafy neighborhood below.
The loft space does get warm in summer with the skylights as they don't have blinds, but there are fans and A/C that help to keep you comfortable.
Of an evening, guests can sit out on the little back deck and take in the Columbus skyline before heading out to the many top restaurants that the atmospheric German Village has to offer.

With the amazing location does come some traffic noise from the busy Livingston Ave.
The loft space can get warm in the summer with the skylights as they don't have blinds installed yet.
The hardwood floors are unfinished to match in with the raw and rustic western theme.

The apartment is right in the heart of German Village facing Livingston Ave that is full of lively entertainment and dining options and home to one of the nation's largest independent bookstores. It is further enhanced by the historic & beautiful 23-acre Schiller Park, which has the lovely Huntington Garden, dozens of mature oak trees, a pond, tennis courts, picnic area, and people walking their dogs.
Just across the road from the apartment is the Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Get your morning coffee fix at the Starbucks an easy 3-minute walk away as well as a large supermarket only 15 mins down the road. You are a 5-minute drive from Downtown Columbus, Steps to German Village, 7 minutes from Ohio State Campus and Ohio Stadium, 7 Minutes to the Columbus Convention center, 10 Minutes from the Columbus Airport and within walking distance to many highly rated restaurants so you can leave the car behind and not have to worry about a taxi home.
Just minutes away are museums, shopping and the beautiful parks and gardens of Downtown Columbus. Play at Legoland, discover the city zoo or enjoy a movie at the cinema.

Getting aroundThe best way to get around Columbus is by car with parking included during your stay.
The CBUS is a FREE downtown circulator that runs every 10-15 minutes from the Short North Arts District to the Brewery District.
For those looking to see the city in a whole new way, the CoGo Bike program is a great way to get around downtown. The CoGo Network spans 300+ bicycles and 30 stations located throughout downtown Columbus
You can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars available at all times of the day and night.
