Please NOTE: This is a 23-unit apartment building. There will be some noise from other guests. Dumpsters are located in the alleyway behind the building and can be messy at times.

Please note, this is an older building with some residents who smoke, but we do not allow smoking in our unit. While we strive to keep the apartment smelling fresh, occasional smoke odors from the building may be noticeable at times.

Check-in begins at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. If guests' need early check-in or late check-out, the host is flexible to accommodate your needs as long as we have availability.
Additional notes
Please be respectful of noise and respect the neighboring tenants living in the building. Any smoking inside or excessive noise will result in Airbnb stepping in and asking the guest to leave and find a different accommodation.
Our unit has some wear and tear, but we do our best to maintain it in good shape. If that will be an inconvenience, we would suggest booking another place.
