The space
You are in the heart of OSU student living so you'll likely get some noise from nearby events.

Kindly note that our studio has some wear and tear around the baseboard heater and the carpet is also outdated, we recently got it cleaned, but some stains remained.

The room is similar to a dorm room, but does feature a kitchen and private bathroom. This chic, stylish space is convenience at it's finest with a comfy queen bed, high-speed internet, smart TV (NO CABLE but can login with your TV provider to watch some channels) large desk space to work, and 1 free parking spot. The kitchen is stocked with essentials for cooking like pots, pans, spatulas, knives, glasses, electric stove, microwave, etc. Brew some fresh coffee & tea, and whip up a quick breakfast to keep your morning routine going. Located in a large, secure apartment building that contains only studio apartments, the guest will be located on the 2nd floor. Perfect if you're in-between housing, traveling for work, or just visiting town!
Guest access
You have full access to the entire studio apartment - all to yourself via electronic keypad lock. You also have access to the shared common area in the hallway. Please be respectful of noise and respect the neighboring tenants living in the building.
Additional notes
**No smoking and 10pm quiet hours. No refund for violation**

** The stove shows some minor signs of use and light staining. but, rest assured that it is being cleaned regularly*

**the carpet is old and has some black stains near the door.

While we don't allow smoking, some tenants break the rules and end up smoking in the hallway which the smell may enter through the vents.
Guest interaction
Guests can self check-in via the smart lock keypad, and are able to come and go as they please during their stay. We are available from 8:00 AM - 1:00 AM to answer any guest-related questions and are happy to accommodate you.
