The space
This thoughtfully arranged apartment is designed to give you a comfortable and easy stay. The cozy bedroom offers a peaceful place to recharge, and the inviting living room is perfect for relaxing after a day out. The kitchen includes all the essentials you’ll need for simple cooking and convenience throughout your stay.

**Please note: the stairs leading up to the apartment have some visible rust, but they are safe and secure. We inspect them regularly to ensure they remain in good condition for all guests.

The bathroom is also on the smaller side, but it’s clean, functional, and equipped with everything you need.

While we are not a 5-star hotel, we believe our home-felt amenities, responsive communication, convenient location, and local knowledge are perfect for the uncomplicated traveler.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire apartment as well as free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee and access to streaming apps on the 40’ Roku TV.

There is one parking space available behind the building for one vehicle.

There isn’t a laundry within the apartment or building, however, there is coin-operated laundry (Clintonville Coin Laundry) located at 2893 N High St

**Strictly enforced. NO smoking inside + 10pm quiet hours. Any signs of smoking will result in a $250 enforced by Airbnb and being asked to leave**
