The space
Make your way inside using the easy keyless lock and into your mid century modern style studio right in the heart of all the action.

Please NOTE: This is a 23-unit apartment building. There will be some noise from other guests. Dumpsters are located in the alleyway behind the building and can be messy at times.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire studio as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and complimentary coffee.

Please NOTE: Parking spaces can be a bit tight for larger vehicles :)
Additional notes
The building is right in the heart of OSU student living so expect noise from nearby parties & events especially on weekends and game days.

We provide a parking pass, failure to return it there will be an extra cost of $30.
