The space
Make your way inside using the easy keyless lock and step into your campus studio that is all yours to relax, cook, and even work, right in the middle of all the OSU action.

Please NOTE: This is a 23-unit apartment building. There will be some noise from other guests. Dumpsters are located in the alleyway behind the building and can be messy at times.

Get comfy in the queen bed after exploring, and enjoy the 42” Smart TV loaded with all your favorite streaming apps.
Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the well-stocked kitchen that comes fully-equipped with everything you need including a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a small oven, a stove and a coffee bar along with utensils, cookware and a breakfast bar for two.
Don’t feel like cooking? There are countless options for any occasion all within walking distance from the studio along High St as well as a Starbucks and a handy UDF Convenience store where you can stock up on supplies and snacks during your stay.

Wake feeling refreshed with a comfortable king bed topped with quality linen and bedding along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.

The bathroom features a full-size bath with an overhead shower and is stocked with all the essentials including fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer to make sure you’re looking your best before heading out on the town!

Outside as you wander around you will find students and young adults working from their porches, walking to and from High St and lounging on the grass in their front yards, this neighborhood is always humming with activity especially during game days and on weekends where you can join in on all the fun for a unique and flavorful experience living like a local.

So if you are looking for a great central location just steps from High St's bars, restaurants, and OSU action, look no further than this stylish, cozy studio for your next trip to the city!

Guests have private access to the entire studio as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and complimentary coffee.

This studio is on the middle floor, and does require stairs to access.

Please NOTE: Parking spaces can be a bit tight for larger vehicles :)
Additional notes
The building is right in the heart of OSU student living so expect noise from nearby parties & events especially on weekends and game days.

We provide a parking pass, failure to return there is a $30 fee.
