The spaceOur studio is in the heart of OSU student living so you'll likely get some noise from nearby events. If weekend parties in the neighborhood will make you uncomfortable, this is not the place for you. The space is comfortable, convenient, and functional - everything you need to feel at home for a night, or for a month. It is not the Ritz, but it's perfect for budget travelers, visiting Alumni, and folks who are in-between housing. Drop your bags and hop in the comfy queen bed for a nap, or connect your laptop to the high-speed internet and get some work done.

Your safety is our top priority. We sanitize high-touch areas, down to the doorknob using only CDC-recommended cleaners and disinfectants. Housekeepers wear masks and gloves, and follow extensive cleaning checklists that follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol.
Guest accessGuests have full access to the studio room and shared common area access in the hallway. Guests must be respectful of noise and respect the neighboring tenants living in the building. Any smoking or excessive noise will result in Airbnb stepping in and asking the guest to leave and find a different accommodation.
Additional notes**Strictly enforced. NO smoking inside + 10pm quiet hours. Any signs of smoking will result in a $250 enforced by Airbnb and being asked to leave**
"It was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the location was great. We were able to walk to the concert, and the downtown area is only about a 10 minute drive away. The building was very quiet at night. Evan was very good at communicating, he even checked in with us while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. I’d stay at his place again." -Pam
Guest interactionGuests can self-check-in any time at night through the self-check-in keypad located at the Airbnb. We are available from 8:00 AM - 1:00 AM PM to answer any guest-related questions and are happy to accommodate you.
Neighborhood overviewWe are located right in the heart of The Ohio State University campus which makes for a great central location throughout Columbus. A 4 min walk to Newport Music Hall, 5 min walk to south campus of Ohio State, and a 5 min Uber to Short North/Downtown (Convention Center, Nationwide Arena, Mapfre, Hilton Downtown, etc.). Only a 3 min walk to High St, there are numerous restaurants, bars, breweries, event centers, and places for fun within a short distance of the Airbnb. Please message me for any suggestions!
Getting
Getting aroundWe are located right in the heart of The Ohio State University campus which makes for a great central location throughout Columbus. A 5-10 minute walk to most of campus, 15 minute walk to The Shoe stadium, a quick 7 minute ride to the Short North, or a 7 minute ride to the Columbus Convention Center. We are also only 10 minutes ride from the CMH Columbus Airport which makes for an easy stay. The COTA also runs along High St and you are a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which only costs $1.00 per ride.
