The space
Our apartment is located on a quiet street, close to the center of the historic Olde Towne East neighborhood and an easy five-minute drive from Downtown Columbus. This is a transitional area, still in the revitalization phase, but it has never felt unsafe in the last 1.5 years that we've lived and worked nearby. Located in a secure brick 4-unit apartment building.

You’ll enter the property using a secure deadbolt keypad on the front door. Once inside, you’ll discover a sparkling clean, cozy two-bedroom apartment. The kitchen, living space, and dining area are all separate rooms, but archways allow them to flow together to create a lovely social environment. The bedrooms, painted in calming earth tones, and the bathroom are upstairs. There is also a downstairs cellar and a large garden.

While we are not a 5-star hotel, we believe our home-felt amenities, responsive communication, convenient location, and local knowledge are perfect for the uncomplicated traveler.

Guest access
You will have private access to the entire house via the keyless electronic keypad and may come and go as you please. Free Wi-Fi, free street parking, complimentary coffee/tea and full use of the washing machine and dryer located in the basement level.

I am available until 11pm to answer any guest related questions and am happy to accommodate you! Quiet hours start at 10pm. Failure to comply with these rules you will be asked to leave and charged $250 for smoking fee.
Neighborhood overview
Olde Towne East is one of Columbus’ most historic districts. This is a gentrifying neighborhood where beautiful, old buildings meet the vibrancy of modern-day living. Coffee shops, independent stores and lovely restaurants all sit happily alongside each other, and are just a 10 minute walk from the house.

This is a transitional area still in the revitalization phase, but it has never felt unsafe in the last 1.5 years that we've lived and worked nearby. If you are looking for an upscale neighborhood with posh shops and boutiques, this is probably not the right listing for you. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction :)

Olde Towne East is very popular with residents due to its close proximity to Downtown. Hop in an UBER and you’ll be no further than 5 to 10 minutes from any address in Downtown, making this a perfect apartment for business travelers too. Free street parking is available if you are driving yourself.

We’re also located close to the junctions of Highway 70 and 71, which makes for quick commutes and easy access to other areas of the city.
