The spacePark your car in the free parking space and make your way into the apartment via the easy keyless electronic lock. Step inside and be greeted with sun-filled rooms, views of the neighborhood and the Downtown skyline and bright 70’s style with plenty of character.
Relax in the retro living area with a plush sofa surrounding the original faux fireplace and a big 4k ROKU TV, perfect for a movie night in watching all the classics. The sofa can also fold down into a comfortable bed for an additional guest.
The sunny pass-through style kitchen comes fully equipped with all the basics for cooking up breakfast lunch and dinner. There is a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an oven and stovetop and a handy dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.
Pull up a funky leather swivel stool and enjoy a stack of pancakes in the morning with a freshly brewed cup of coffee – or do a quick dash to Starbucks just 2 minutes up the road.
The cozy bedroom is filled with a super comfortable queen bed and topped with quality linen for a restful night’s sleep. There is a walk-in closet where you can unpack and make yourself at home as well as a little sitting area with a nice comfy chair with views of the neighborhood from the window.
Off the bedroom is the sparkling tiled bathroom which offers a walk-in shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials and soft fluffy towels for each guest.
The laundry space is located down in the basement with a little string light at the base of the stairs to light the way and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
On a warm afternoon relax out on the porch swing with a good book or have a few pre-dinner drinks before heading out to one of the many restaurants just a short walk away.

All guests to respect other guests and neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum while outside and around the property. Noise complaints will may result in removal from the property and additional fees.
With the amazing location of the apartment, there will be some street noise from the busy Livingston Ave.
There is another apartment above, while the upstairs neighbors are usually quiet, there may be potential for noise at some stage.
Guests have to go down the stairs to the (unfinished) basement to get to the laundry

The apartment is right in the heart of German Village facing Livingston Ave that is full of lively entertainment and dining options and home to one of the nation's largest independent bookstores. It is further enhanced by the historic & beautiful 23-acre Schiller Park, which has the lovely Huntington Garden, dozens of mature oak trees, a pond, tennis courts, picnic area, and people walking their dogs.
Just across the road from the apartment is the Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Get your morning coffee fix at the Starbucks an easy 3-minute walk away as well as a large supermarket only 15 mins down the road. You are a 5-minute drive from Downtown Columbus, Steps to German Village, 7 minutes from Ohio State Campus and Ohio Stadium, 7 Minutes to the Columbus Convention center, 10 Minutes from the Columbus Airport and within walking distance to many highly rated restaurants so you can leave the car behind and not have to worry about a taxi home.
Just minutes away are museums, shopping and the beautiful parks and gardens of Downtown Columbus. Play at Legoland, discover the city zoo or enjoy a movie at the cinema.

Getting aroundThe best way to get around Columbus is by car with parking included during your stay.
The CBUS is a FREE downtown circulator that runs every 10-15 minutes from the Short North Arts District to the Brewery District.
For those looking to see the city in a whole new way, the CoGo Bike program is a great way to get around downtown. The CoGo Network spans 300+ bicycles and 30 stations located throughout downtown Columbus
You can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars available at all times of the day and night.
