Relax in the sunny living area with a plush chaise lounge surrounding the original faux fireplace and wall-mounted, 40” Roku TV in the corner perfect for a movie night in. For guests that like to hang out, there is a floating egg chair hanging from the roof where you can curl up with a cup of tea and get lost in a good book.
The living area also turns into a second sleeping space with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa for an additional 2 guests.
Step through into the open kitchen that comes fully equipped with all the basics for cooking up breakfast lunch and dinner. There is a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an oven and stovetop and a handy dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.
★ Please NOTE the apartment is on the lower level with another residence above, so there may be noise from upstairs as they go about their day. We are also centrally located right by a busy road (Livingstone Ave) so expect some street noise, sirens, etc.
Pull up a stool and enjoy a stack of pancakes in the morning with a freshly brewed cup of coffee from the fully stocked coffee bar offering a French press, a coffee maker and a selection of teas, coffee and sweeteners – or if you’re after something a little fancier, Starbucks is just a 4-minute walk away.
Remote workers will love working at the chic “leaning” desk where they can catch up on any work or study using fast and free Wi-Fi (while also being close to the coffee bar).
The bedroom (though on the smaller side) is filled with a super comfortable queen bed and topped with quality linen for a restful night’s sleep. There is a walk-in closet with stylish overhead lighting where you can unpack and make yourself at home. ***As the apartment is located on the ground floor, just be aware that there will be some noise from the residence above!***
Off the bedroom is the ensuite sized bathroom with a full-size bathtub, an overhead shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials including luxurious hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soft fluffy towels for each guest.
The back entrance to the property is located down in the basement with a little string light at the base of the stairs to light the way.
At the front is the charming porch area where you can sit out of an afternoon and relax on the porch swing with a drink or two and watch the world go by. Also keep in mind with such a great central location right off Livingston Ave there will be some street noise that may or may not bother you if you’re not used to city living.

There is free parking with 1 off-street parking spot labelled (547) right outside the building in a small lot, it is the 4th spot on the left when you pull into the lot and faces diagonally toward the building.

Just across the road from the apartment is the Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Get your morning coffee fix at the Starbucks an easy 3-minute walk away as well as a large supermarket only 15 mins down the road.
You are a 5-minute drive from Downtown Columbus, Steps to German Village, 7 minutes from Ohio State Campus and Ohio Stadium, 7 Minutes to the Columbus Convention center, 10 Minutes from the Columbus Airport and within walking distance to many highly rated restaurants so you can leave the car behind and not have to worry about a taxi home.

Getting aroundThe best way to get around Columbus is by car with parking included during your stay.
The CBUS is a FREE downtown circulator that runs every 10-15 minutes from the Short North Arts District to the Brewery District.
For those looking to see the city in a whole new way, the CoGo Bike program is a great way to get around downtown. The CoGo Network spans 300+ bicycles and 30 stations located throughout downtown Columbus.
You can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars available at all times of the day and night.
