The spaceAlthough the exterior of the building is somewhat plain, we have made up for it with the inside! Calming colors, and an easy to navigate floor plan will make your stay relaxing and effortless.
As you continue to the back of the apartment, you will find the small, but fully-stocked kitchen ready to host your home-cooked meals. Enjoy an array of coffee & tea options to start, or end your day. Freshen up in the updated bathroom with stand up shower. *Please note there is not a bath tub
The kitchen and bathroom are both accessed through the centrally located bedroom. Cafe style dining is available in the living room behind the couch and facing the TV, so everyone can eat while enjoying the big game/movie/streaming TV.
Guest accessGuests have access to the entire apartment located in the four unit building. The back concrete-patio area is small but can be used if needed.
PARKING:
There is public free street parking out front. It can sometimes be difficult to locate a spot if you are coming in late and on weekends.
Additional notesWe are just north of Ohio State campus next to several local bars and restaurants and right off High St. This apartment is in the city in an active area, there is a bar next-door so please note the potential for noise.
Guest interactionWe are available, but give guests full private access to the space. We are available 8:00 AM - 1AM to answer any guest-related questions and are happy to accommodate you.
