The space
You are in the heart of OSU student living so you'll likely get some noise from nearby events. The room is similar to a dorm room, but does feature a kitchen and private bathroom. This chic, stylish space is convenience at it's finest with a comfy queen bed, high-speed internet, smart TV (NO CABLE but can login with your TV provider to watch some channels) large desk space to work, and 1 free parking spot. The kitchen is stocked with essentials for cooking like pots, pans, spatulas, knives, glasses, electric stove, microwave, etc. Brew some fresh coffee & tea, and whip up a quick breakfast to keep your morning routine going. Located in a large, secure apartment building that contains only studio apartments, the guest will be located on the 2nd floor. Perfect if you're in-between housing, traveling for work, or just visiting town!

Your safety is our top priority. We sanitize high-touch areas, down to the doorknob using only CDC-recommended cleaners and disinfectants. Housekeepers wear masks and gloves, and follow extensive cleaning checklists that follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol.
Guest access
You have full access to the entire studio apartment - all to yourself via electronic keypad lock. You also have access to the shared common area in the hallway. Please be respectful of noise and respect the neighboring tenants living in the building.

Guest interaction
Guests can self check-in via the smart lock keypad, and are able to come and go as they please during their stay. We are available from 8:00 AM - 1:00 AM to answer any guest-related questions and are happy to accommodate you.
