The spaceThis apartment is in an older building in the historic S. High neighborhood situated between Merion Village and German Village.
The original floor plan has been left in place to offer guests a charming experience from grande times gone by, the furnishings, floors, appliances, and design have all been updated to offer the modern traveler everything needed for a business trip, leisurely adventure, or both!
The larger bedroom has been thoughtfully designed, and features a King size bed with memory foam mattress. The smaller bedroom has a full size bed, also topped with a memory foam mattress.
Enjoy all of your favorite streaming shows and channels on the 43" Roku smart TV in the living room, or get cozy in the larger bedroom and enjoy a late night movie on the 40 inch Roku smart TV.
The bathroom is a bit narrow, and is stocked with fresh towels, soap, shampoo, full size tub/shower with tile surround.
Kitchen area is also narrow, but has everything needed to cook any meal of the day, all you need to supply are your favorite ingredients. Coffee, tea, spices are all provided along with several forms of coffee preparation.
This apartment is truly one of a kind, and we know you will enjoy your experience, in this historic neighborhood.
Guest accessGuests have private access to the entire apartment located on the bottom floor of the 4-unit building (stairs are required to access this apartment). One free parking spot is provided, although it may be too small for large trucks or SUVs, free street parking is available on E. Mitoff St. just a short walk from the apartment.

As with most apartments, there is the potential for noise from the downstairs unit and the other second level apartment.

Merion Village is just a short walk from the Scioto River, with multiple parks lying along the river’s edge as part of the Scioto Mile. This 175-acre parkland features a free outdoor climbing wall and an Audubon center frequented by nature enthusiasts. Pedestrian and bike paths within the Mile provide a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Find yourself dining at the many cafes that surround the area along Thurman Avenue, Parsons Avenue and the popular High St with all the cuisines of the world just a short walk in either direction.
