The space
*This is the bottom floor of a quad apartment building but a few stairs are required to gain access, and there is the potential for noise from the other units*

Walk up to the entry on the ground level, check yourself in and feel instantly at home with everything you could need for a comfortable, relaxing stay all waiting for you inside.

Once inside the open concept kitchen and living area create a perfect space for any type of stay.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, plates, cups, pots and pans, utensils, stainless steel appliances and much more to make you feel at home. However if you do not feel like cooking High St. provides everything from cheap eats to fine dining or head into Downtown just an 10-minute drive away.

There are two bedrooms within the apartment the larger bedroom features a king bed, the smaller has a full size bed, both with memory foam mattresses.

The full bathroom is a bit narrow as this is an older building, but the shower and tub are full size. All linens provided.

Guests have private access to the entire apartment located on the bottom floor of the 4-unit building (a few stairs are required to access this apartment). One free parking spot is provided, although it may be too small for large trucks or SUVs, free street parking is available on E. Mitoff St. just a short walk from the apartment.
Additional notes
The outside of this building is showing its age bit, but the inside is remodeled and newly furnished

As with most apartments, there is the potential for noise from the downstairs unit and the other second level apartment.
