For extra guests, the sofa can be converted into a second comfortable bed upon request.
Step through into the kitchen that comes fully equipped with all the basics for cooking up breakfast lunch and dinner. There is a fridge/freezer, an oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, coffee machine and all the utensils and cookware you could need.
The stylish main bedroom is filled with a king size memory foam bed topped with quality linen and bedding for that perfect night’s sleep. There is A/C and heating to keep you feeling comfortable all year round.
The central bathroom (though a bit small) features a relaxing full-size bathtub with overhead shower that is surrounded by sparkling subway tiles. The vanity comes stocked with all your bathroom essentials as well as soft fluffy towels for each guest.
Outside you will find the grassy shared yard with plenty of parking along the street.

Additional notesWhile there is free parking on the street right out front of the building, it can get busy after 5 pm where you may have to park a little further down to find a space.
The apartment is on the second floor of a 4 unit apartment building so there may be some noise from the downstairs unit.
