The space
Our studio is in the heart of OSU student living so you'll get some noise from nearby events. The space is comfortable, convenient, and functional - everything you need to feel at home for a month, or for a night. Located in a large, secure apartment building that contains only studio apartments, the guest will be located on the 2nd floor. Whether visiting a student at OSU, in between leases, or in town for work - this studio is well equipped, high-speed internet, Roku Smart TV (No Cable), and fully stocked kitchen, everything a hotel offers plus the ability to cook and feel at home at HALF THE PRICE. You'll have nothing to worry about. Drop your bags and hop in the comfy queen bed for a nap, or connect your laptop to the high-speed internet and get some work done.
Guest access
Guests will have full 24hr self-access to the studio and common hallway via smart-lock. Check-in begins at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. If guests' need early check-in or late check-out, the host is flexible to accommodate your needs.
Additional notes
Please be respectful of noise and respect the neighboring tenants living in the building. Any smoking inside or excessive noise will result in Airbnb stepping in and asking the guest to leave and find a different accommodation.
